I recently found Cousa Mamas through a friend & wow! I have never found a meal prep service that is so fresh, organic, and fits into my eating lifestyle. Not to mention SO many colors! You typically find your “boxed” meal prepped services that don’t seem fresh and this is nothing near that. The day the food is delivered/picked up, it is still hot and just made! The women are extremely generous and so welcoming with any questions you may have. They want you to enjoy the experience and be part of the experience with you. We first used Cousa Mamas Meal Prep service in late January. As two busy working parents to a seven and four-year-old, we have tried several approaches to simplify a weeknight dinner routine (meal kit services, our own meal prep, etc.). We love Cousa Mamas because of the delicious new options offered every week, how fresh and easy everything is to reheat and because it comes from a local small business.

I am an extremely busy person who tries so hard to eat healthy. The cooking is so tough for me at times. I meal prep a ton too. Breakfast is not always that bad, but lunch when I’m running to get errands done but have to pick up my youngest in preschool and then the sports for my older ones and homework, I’m pressed for time. It’s so nice to have a healthy option to order meals for my family. It’s also nice to be able to say no cheese or no potatoes.
